01 · Coaching
Owner-Operator Coaching
One-on-one coaching for the founder, CEO, or managing partner. A weekly session that combines business coaching with executive coaching, a quarterly reset that resets priorities, and a running list of the decisions that need to close this quarter. The relationship is confidential and long-term by design.
What we work on:
- The growth move for the year and the number that actually matters.
- The hire, the promotion, or the exit that unblocks the org chart.
- The two or three decisions the owner keeps postponing.
- Owner wellbeing, boundaries, and the way work meets life.
02 · Cadence
Team Management and Cadence Install
The operating rhythm most owner-led firms are missing. Weekly one-on-ones between every manager and every direct report. Monthly performance reviews on a real cycle. A quarterly planning day that translates the strategy into the moves each function is running. A decision-of-the-week that closes on Friday instead of drifting into next quarter.
We install the cadence, sit in the first cycles, coach the managers who are running it for the first time, then hand it back to the leadership team.
What gets installed:
- Weekly one-on-one templates and manager coaching for the first six cycles.
- Monthly performance review rhythm with structured notes and follow-through.
- Quarterly planning day with owner and leadership team.
- Decision cadence that names owner, deadline, and next step.
03 · Strategy
Corporate Strategy Translation
The strategy is not the problem. The problem is that nobody below the executive team can act on it. Sharp translates the strategy into operating goals each department can own, scorecards each function head can defend, and the two or three moves each team is running this quarter. Slides get thinner. Meetings get shorter. Follow-through goes up.
What we produce:
- A one-page operating goals document tied to the strategy.
- Department-level scorecards with clear owners and cadences.
- Quarterly OKRs or equivalent for each function.
- A rhythm for reviewing progress that does not turn into theater.
04 · Team
Leadership Team Performance
Group coaching for the executive team. How the leadership team makes decisions together, how disagreement gets on the table without breaking trust, and how each function head is measured. The work is part team coaching, part meeting design, part decision architecture. It shows up as fewer meetings, sharper meetings, and better calls between them.
Where teams need structured 1:1s and review cycles in one place after we leave, our recommendation is the HeyRamp platform, a clean way to keep the cadence running without adding admin overhead.
What we work on:
- Decision rights across the leadership team, in writing.
- Meeting design that produces decisions, not just discussion.
- Conflict handling that keeps trust intact.
- How each executive is measured and how those measures interact.
05 · Presence
Executive Communication and Presence
Coaching for owners and senior leaders who need to raise their communication ceiling. Board updates that hold attention. All-hands talks that carry the change the org actually needs to hear. Investor conversations with fewer wasted words. The difficult one-on-one that keeps getting postponed. Same voice, sharper edge, more weight per sentence.
What we work on:
- Board updates and investor conversations.
- All-hands talks and internal announcements.
- The hard one-on-one with a senior report.
- How the leader shows up when the pressure goes up.
